What is your return policy?
Returns on new, unopened items only; within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays for all return shipping costs. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please inform Classic Car Goodies to get authorization for return.
If item is defective please contact Classic Car Goodies via email and make arrangements for replacement/exchange pictures of defect would be very helpful for warranty purposes. We do require the return of defective and if found to be defective we will cover buyers return shipping.
What payment options do you accept?
We collect payments via Credit Card or PayPal. Once we receive your payment, we ship your products within 1-2 business days.
How will you ship my order?
Once we receive your payment, we ship your products within 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some oversized and/or heavier packages orders may ship via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to ship orders weighing less than 13 ounces via USPS 1st Class Mail instead of USPS Priority Mail.
What is your privacy policy?
Contact information from the order form is only used to send orders and information to you directly from Classic Car Goodies. Your contact information is secure and will never be given to another company. You will only be contacted by telephone if there is a problem with your order and several attempts to contact you by email have been unsuccessful.
We do not rent, sell or distribute your personal information in any way to any outside party other than the shipping company for the sole purpose of delivering your requested products.
